Payment processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction via Square) can optionally be covered by donors. On a $100 donation where the donor covers processing, your organization receives $90. Traditional full-service telethon providers charge 20% for similar support. No setup fees, monthly fees, or contracts—you only pay when you raise money.

Initial account setup takes 10 minutes. The full process from signup to event day is 3-4 weeks, giving your team time to prepare. You'll have a required strategy consultation with our team (30-60 minutes) where we help you plan for success. We also provide on-site facilitation during your event.

Nope! You can create your team and campaign completely free. We only charge our 10% fee when people actually donate to your campaign. No upfront costs, no monthly fees.
